This apartment complex is very old..All the appliances are very very old,the bathtub is old and cracking.I called and put in a maint request form and eventually they came and painted it to make it look better..HOW NASTY they just covered it up..Allison(the apartment manager) is a real -----,I miss Judy. I have lived here for a few years and nothing has been done to these old apartments ,but the rent goes up.The management company that owns this complex does not return phone calls. I know several people who live in this complex who feel the same..I took a samples of the pool water serveral times last year with disgust. My freind is a police officer and got called out to one of my neighbors apartment, she came home for lunch only to find someone in her apartment,they came from a shaft in the ceiling over the washer/dryer.The lighting is very poor..Look somewhere else to rent I am sure you can find a newer property for the same money..At the end of my lease I am out of here..P.S. The water bill is way too much, I think the office gets a kick back, that means we end up paying the price!!

First of all, if your going to write a response at least know how to spell!!! That clearly shows what an idiot you are to begin with. Unless your blind, you should have known how old the complex was before you moved in. Secondly, the water is submetered-which means you pay for what you use!!!! I am sure the management company does not return phone calls to idiots such as yourself!!!!!!! I completely disagree with what this idiot is saying.
