Some buildings have insect problems. Used to be terribly infested with ants but they seemed to have curbed that. Now it's spiders, cockroaches, and silverfish. They are upgrading since complex was sold and neme changed but everything is a mess with children playing over and around the building materials. Maybe it will look better after they are done with all the renovating but no doubt the rent will increase by a couple hundred dollars. Children all over the parking lot on bikes and playing ball are a bad accident waiting to happen. This place with all the upgrading should have at least made room for a playground somewhere.
Management is OK but not that friendly. Don't just walk into the clubhouse unless it's rent time 'cause you get that "what are you doing here" sort of look from them. The old manager Judy was very nice and planned all sorts of activities for residents.
I think they rent to illegal immigrants but it cannot be proven 'cause many illegals use fake papers. They do employ illegals to do the renovating upgrade work and the landscaping. But once again, many illegals use fake documents to get work here and that cannot be proven but everyone knows it's true.
