This place is being renovated and is now called The Point.
The new staff is very rude and often send send very assuming, condescending letters to the residents regarding how they "want things run." The new management have an 'Orwellian' attitude and treat good tenants like *serfs inside a fuedal moat.*
The staff believes each and every made-up complaint from busybody, no-life residents and acts upon it prejudiciously; without cause, reason, or evidence.

Seriously! If you want to lose your quiet enjoyment and personal freedom while being treated like children without just cause by rude and snooty(low-paid)property managers and staff, then feel free to make this your home!

The staff is also highly suspect of renting to illegal immigrants.

RUN!!!!

I think someone spent one semester too many in junior college. Sounds like a pothead intellectual wannabe who is upset he can't annoy his neighbors with his music like he could back in the dorms. Newsflash: If your neighbors complain about you it's because you're behaving like a jerk. Pull up your pants, turn your hat around, get a job, and invest in some headphones. Grow up while you're at it.

Sorry. Your assumption is wrong. Do you always make smart-a$$ replies to people whose experiences and opinions differ from your own? I'm a grandparent, and my household is extremely quiet. I've never received a complaint of any kind from neighbors or from management. I have, however seen 'bogus' complaint letters received by friends who have been long-time residents; as a result of other busy-body residents who have no life. Furthermore, I do not appreciate condescending letters from management regarding issues that do not concern me. The leasing agents/apartment managers need not 'paint with a broom' when issuing complaint letters. Do you work in the office, perhaps?
