I have never waited time or energy to Wright a review before. Things were so terribly bad that I had to.
This was the worse place I have ever lived in. I have been renting for over 10 years now.
It's old, everything is moldy, lots of insect. If that's not terrible, the office staff is very unprofessional and rude.
I had a complained that was ignored. They lost my rent check, harassed me about it then later found my check after I had paid with money order.
Maintance' Forget about it.
I do have to say that they do have a lot of parking. Speaking of parking, DO NOT leave anything of value inside your car or it will be stolen!!!!!!!!!
I am very sorry to say that the 12 months of living at Sterling Woods was a very bad, and upsetting experience.
Please shop around!

If you have mold and insects why haven't you contacted anyone about these issues? No one knows what you are going through until you clearly address the issues at hand. People love to look for somewhere to complain but never look for a website like this in order to compliment the property. I personally think it is so much better under the new management since they hyave been here. I have been here for three years now and just transferred into one of their renovated apartments. This place has definitely changed for the better. The staff makes sure to address any service requests I have in a timely manner and they seem like professional and caring people. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and live here!

Hi all, full disclosure, I work here. All I have to add to the initial review is that I have never "waited time or energy to Wright a review before either." Love it!!! For that reviewer, moving obviously took less time and energy than learning to read and write :-)
