We had lived there for 1yr in an unrenovated apt. The apt was old but the price of the 1 bedroom we had was great for the area!!! We moved in when the complex was under the new management. Maintenance was good. We had a minor flood in the kitchen & some one was there to fix it once we reported it. We never had a noise problem, never heard any of our neighbors. The new management is working very hard in making improvements to the property. The parking was also very good. The reason we left is because our neighbor prevented an attempted home invasion on our apt & we were on the second floor!!! We of course reported it to the police who said they would patrole more often but I never felt safe there again. Then my neighbors on the same floor started to have strange things happen in their apts. They would come home to find things out of place, one had a message spelled out on her fridge saying, "I will rob you", the other neighbor had two men come & give her a scary time in the workout room. So after all of these things which of course the management could do nothing about all three of us moved out. It was a shame because we really did not have any problems with management. Perhaps if it was a gated complex it might have prevented the "problems" - who knows'

Hello all, let me start with full disclosure by saying I am an employee here. The above review, posted 06/08, is pretty fair. I would just like to add that the resident who had the "you have been robbed" thing also was very forthright with the fact that nothing was missing. She was scared, that's all. The only other thing to add is that gated communities do nothing to add to safety. If you have any doubts, get to know a property management professional. Thanks!
