We usually stay at an apt 5 years. But we couldn't wait to get out of this complex before the ink was dry on the lease!The landscape,the small attempts at covering major problems is thier forte. While renting an "upgraded" apt unit, the only things noticed were new appliances which did not fit the spaces well. This is an older (20 yrs) apt complex and has not been maintained well.
We experienced black mold, air conditioning problems,rotting wood on walkways and patios, dangerous electrical and water problems.The landscape is very dangerous to walk even a few feet,junk cars,dogs off leashes,allowing large bar-b-q's on patios,never any response from security when notified of a problem.There were many car break ins and groups of people obviously checking the area out.We felt unsafe outside and in.
When the leasing office was contacted, nothing was ever accomplished.They literally ALL read directly from a book of excuses for whatever problem might come along.
