PUBLIC ALERT !!!
The RATE, LOCATION and the SPACE caught my attention to move in The Pointe at Preston Ridge. However I start to regret after my decision!
In brief, these are all happened:
1. Roaches
2. Water leaking
3. Fridge leaking
4. Thief and burglar outstanding cases
5. Very stinky water pipe (which link to washer, restroom tub, sink and dishwasher)
6. Car stolen, tag stolen
7. NO playground for children (they play on the street or climb the tree)
8. Poor community which always visited by corps (illegal stay, fighting family,
you can hear, "OPEN THE DOOR, IF U STILL NOT OPEN THE DOOR, WE HAVE TO ENTER BY FORCE"... followed by "DON'T SHOOT ME"....) yes, exactly sounds like movie..
9. Staffs keep changing, residents need to complaint the same thing repeatedly to the
different people BUT finally nothing work out.
10. Every lease due, rent increased, they will said they increase the rent base on the market (but at the same time, some other apartments in the same area was decreasing the rent due to the bad economy crisis) , price has gone up because they plan to renovate the building and lease for higher price.
11. Neighbors NOISE, Corps NOISE, landscaping NOISE, fire engine NOISE
12. A few mechanics stay here, car park is always full
Don't get into the trap !! I'd rather pay a little more to stay in other better apartment.
