I must piggyback in regards to the other comments. The rent is above average but it it worth it. The schools in the area are excellent and the general area is very safe. You maintenance and office staff work hard to do their best and I admire that about them. I have lived in some apartments previously that were horrible but St. Andrews is a big step up. If you have kids, the schools will make you want to stay in this area. Shopping is close the only con I can state about this area is the traffic outside the complex during school and work hours.
