The apartment I was in had very bad airconditiong. The first maintenance man who came out claimed there was nothing wrong with the a/c and left. At least the second maintenance man took the time to clean the airconditioner, but it would still be 79 degrees after a whole day of the a/c set at 68 degrees. The outside of the apartment was painted, and the painters left several paint smears on the windows. After complaining 4 times, they finally got off most of the paint, although there was still a paint smear when we left. When you sit on the porch outside, garbage in the woods is clearly visible,although they do take care of the grounds right around the entrance, it seems they don't care about the area behind the apartments. I left the apartment clean, they charged for everything, claiming it was dirty so they wouldn't have to return my deposit. Whoever heard of charging 20 dollars to clean a clean toilet' The apartment is gated, but several times the gate would malfunction, leaving the gate open for 2 or 3 day.I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
