The staff at The Stoneleigh at Deerfield is great. Each complaint I have had has been resolved within 24 hours. The grounds are beautiful.
I received a copy of my leases within the first 2 weeks of moving in. I got a call from the office asking how my move was and my overall experience has been great.
I did have a problem with a neighbor but management came over within 15 minutes of my call and verified the noise and that was it.
The fitness center is smaller than the other apartments I looked at in this area, but it usually not packed and they have a free personal trainer to make up for the space.
I would like to see more activites offered but the staff has told me they do have things planned for 2004 and I got a letter about their first thing this week, which shows they listed to their residents.
I have met some great people here so I think they do a good job screening the neighbors. All in all I love it here
