I have has the worst experience with the office staff and my apartment. Getting someone to return your calls is impossible and the day I was scheduled in the apartment I chose was not finished. To make matters worse we were not informed and had to take a different apartment or go homeless for two weeks. The apartment we were forced into was less than ready for move in and the central air ducts were not properly connected. After heating the attic for a month we were shocked at our $250 electric bill. No wonder they were running specials on rent....
