This is the noisiest place I?ve ever lived. We?re on the ground floor and we can hear everything the people above us do. Every time they open and close a cabinet it booms through our apartment. We can hear their conversations, their TV, we know when they go to the bathroom, vacume, and run their dishwasher. And yes, the people behind us generate as much noise.
