This has to be the noisest apartment I have ever lived in. I have lived in three previous apartment complexes and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. You can hear everything from showers, garage doors, the breezeway, footsteps, conversations, etc. If anyone is doing anything above you, you will hear about it.

I'll admit when I first saw the apartments I thought they were great. We saw an empty one and the model and we were impressed. I even look at this site to check the reviews of the place and I saw that other renters thought it was noisy. I thought surely it couldn't be that bad, but man I was so incredibly wrong. I can't stress enough that there is no insulation between the walls, no concrete between the floors, not anything anywhere. The footsteps sound like elephants, a garage door opens and it feels like an earthquake, someone takes a shower and you would swear that you were standing next to Niagra Falls with how loud it sounds.

The poor quality of appliances provided shouldn't even be given away. The stove, if you use the actual oven the top of the stove becomes hot enough to fry an egg. The dishwasher, it moans, clanks, and generally sounds like its on its last leg and its 1 year old. The kitchen sink is so shallow I can barely wash my hands in it. I seriously believe that my bathroom sink is deeper. Kitchen cabinet space is few and far between, we have literally 3 drawers. If you store anything more than silverware, sharp knives and pot n pan holders your screwed.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! THE NOISE IS ATROCIOUS!
