I love the place, but i could be ALOT better.

Overall I love my apt, but when we moved in we had alot of issues. Our cabenits are still to this day all crooked and messed up. And supposedly we were the 2nd ppl that lived there... So that just says how "well" they were built. Also, mold was everywhere. In both bathtubs, and in my shower. Porch was absolutly the most dirty place i've ever been in my life.. Carpet was BRAND NEW and we loved that. But I think that was the ONLY positive aspect of the apt when we first moved in. They have yet to fix/clean the things that were wrong even after they were reported... Hopefully its just me and not everyone in the place they treat that way. I mean for almost $1,200 a month they should be washing my car and cleaning my apt too!

Watch out for your deposit, if your carpet isn't spotless when you leave the will charge you a "fee", eventhough the new person moving in is also paying the "move in fee"!
