Once upon a time this was a really nice place to live.
Now the landscape is ill kept and the serices are marginal at best.
All the staff, not only the management but the assistants also, have issues with personalities and who they would like as tenants in the neighborhood.
The gates are always broken and just recently one of the new tenants nut case freind drove over the call box with his Honda Civic. This was after cutting donuts in the complex for 10 minutes. I was standing there when he misses that last turn exiting the complex.
Let stupid people in and don't manage them and all you will get is problems and chase all the good tenants away.
They also have raised the rent on the good tenants to the point of them moving out. Then trash moves in and they wonder why they have problems.
Light out on bulidings ... no pinestraw....front gates broken and bent.....cars broken into.....unsolicited flyers on the doors (is someone grtting a cut here) ...

I completely agree with you! I have been a resident since 2005 also and it used to be a really well maintained community. Over the past year or so, the grounds are getting worse (trash, dog waste, etc), the rent increased (I had to argue with the manager in order to reduce my increase), the gates are constantly broken (the time you refer to took over one month to get that fixed!), the office staff is clueless and the tenants are noisy and getting low class. I am going to move out when my lease is up and I'm afraid I will just have the same issues in the next apartment - it doesn't look like there is a good one out there.
