Needless to say I will NEVER RENT from this property again. I have complained about the upstairs neighbor a total of 5 times in two months. I've given up and started wearing earplugs, which I should not have to do but if I want to sleep I better. The floorplans are really nice but the construction is absolutely horrible for sound. The office has the means and staff to do something about it but simply won't. I can't wait to move out.
