I've been here for close to a year, and I have very little to complain about. Yes, ceiling noise is sometimes excessive (name an apartment where that is not the case). Notice that most of the complaints are the result of some lousy tenants who have no respect for property or their neighbors. I can't speak to maintenance, since nothing serious has needed repair. Great gym, nice pools, good landscaping.
