I have lived in this community for over 4 years and have really enjoyed my time here. On the very few occasions that I have needed to contact management, I have found everyone to be very helpful and friendly. There are minimal noise issues and the overall quality of the complex is first rate.

One of my favorite things about the community is the level of social activities. During the past year some of the activities included a SuperBowl party, halloween party, movie on the lawn, casino night and multiple pool parties and happy hours. Some of these are "kid-friendly" and some are geared more toward single adults. Either way...there is a good mix of things to do.

I also use the gym and pool quite often and have always enjoyed the experience. I have made many friends and we regularly gather for cookouts and socializing. I would recommend The Preserve to anyone. If you have any questions...feel free to email me and I will be happy to respond.
