When you first visit the complex the common grounds look nice and neat. The model apartment looks really good and the staff is really friendly. Once you sign your lease things change! You start to see areas of the complex that are hidden from potential renters. Pool areas are nasty, dog doo everywhere (don't step in the grass), nasty/noisy tenants, dirty/unkeep areas and office personnel that really don't care about you concerns!
Concerns only get addressed if you go to the manager or complain to the MGMT Company (The Worthing Company) repeatedly. I wish had found this website prior to signing my lease. I would have moved to an AMLI complex! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
