Only move here if it is your last option.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The staff at this complex are probably the most inconsiderate people I have ever had to deal with. You have to go to the office to deal with them because if you just phone them nothing gets done.
I have had a bug problem for the better part of a year and have repeatedly asked them to spray every week until it was under control. They have sprayed my apartment maybe 4 times in the past year even though I call every week to remind them to come.
Parking is a chore. I am lucky enough to have a garage and feel sorry for all the people who have to fight over parking spaces.
There is constantly trash everywhere. From cigarette butts and bottles/cans to dog excrement.
When it rains, the back of the apartments becomes a mud bath. No effort is taken on upkeeping the back of the apartments at all.
You can hear everything that goes on in all of the apartments around you. It sounds like the guy above me is bowling up there, but he is probably just walking around. Floors creak and cabinets shake just from normal walking.
Porch slats are spaced too far apart. My porch is constantly covered with dirt and leaves from the person above me. I am sure the person below me is happy when I sweep and they get it all.
Quality of the materials in building these apartments is very low. From the cheapest carpet they can find to the sheetrock that dings from the slightest impact. I dread to see what they are going to charge for damages when I move out.
Maintenance had to come out several times to repair my air conditioner last summer. The first time they came out they needed a part and didn't come back for 3 days. Three days without A/C in the middle of the summer is not acceptable. The A/C broke again about a month later and it took them 2 days to fix it.
My bedroom constantly smells like Indian food. The stench is so overpowering that I can hardly go in there. I have taken to sleeping on the couch so that I don't have to smell it.
My cable constantly freezes up. I have called Comcast to complain and they state it is because I am on the 'edge of the grid'. This is not directly the complex's fault but it is just another reason in a long line not to move here.
I look forward to the day I can move out of this dump. There is no way I would ever recommend this place to anyone looking to rent.
