Worst management ever!!!!!! Don't even dream about living here

This complex probably has the worst office staff you would ever find anywhere in USA. I have been living here since 2003, the staff was nice back then, but since 2005 they have had some new people come in who have no sense whatsoever. They are not at all helpful and are very very rude and they don't give a damn if you have a problem. I had called up for carpet cleaning and moved all my stuff out on the day, and there was a no show. I had to call up thrice and go to the office to have them send people. I am so pissed off right now but cannot leave because I signed a one year lease. Wish I could get out of here am waiting too..
