Most of the comments posted so far are typical of most complexes. By nature, all complexes are going to be semi-noisy, and problems will eventually arise. Anytime I have ever had a maintanence issue, the response has been prompt. I have never had a problem with parking, not even once i 3 years. The walls adjoining other units are a little thin. I can hear the neighbor talking, but I use a noise machine at night and rarely have any problems. The grounds are pretty well kept I have never had a problem with management. I talk to the same person every time I have an issue, and she knows me by name and knows my apartment. As far as apartments are concerned, I would recommend the Preserve.
