The good:
-price reasonable for 3 bedroom, a little unreasonable for anything else. Although watch out for the rental calculator. As management about that and watch'em squirm.
-Good location if you work in the area. Makes driving bearable.
-3 pools, good weight room, good tennis courts if you use that stuff.
-trash pickup is nice.

The Bad:
-Very, um, diverse. Has to be a family of 10 living below me and constantly smells like curry. Teenagers drag race in the parking lot at night. Wide range of education level.
-Way to many speed bumps.
-Front gate is mind numbingly slow.

The Ugly:
-management truly is terrible. Just plain shady. We tried to file a complaint against the teenage drag racers, they told us to get the license plates. We got that, then they said there was nothing they could do. Tried to raise our renewal rate. Absolutely no loyalty.
