Was a nice apartment but beware

I thought this was a great place until I moved out. They claimed I didn't return a cardkey and charged me for it. I cannot believe them. And they were extremely rude, saying things like "you're fighting a losing battle". If you move out, make sure you get them to sign a piece of paper saying that they received all the keys.
