This apartment complex is home to the first murder in the newly incorporated city of Milton. Now if that isn't enough to let you know how this complex operates here is some additional information:
1) No parking. Good luck finding any parking in the complex.
2) Noise Noise Noise! The walls between apartment next door as well as above and below do nothing to stop noise. You can hear any conversation of your neighbors with no problem.
3) Safety' Ha! The gates are a joke and are broken more often than not and we can proudly boast the first murder of the city of Milton.
4) Office staff is horrible! All they are good for is showing apartments. Once you sign that lease they wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire.
Lately, the number of ------- and other diverse residents are outnumbering the community which used to be full of young professionals.

The person writing this review needs to do his homework before writing his review. The gates have only been open one day over the past year. They have one of the highest credit criterias in the area. My friend who has a fairly good job and OK credit got declined here but got approved next door. And his commnet about "diverse" residents must mean that he is a racist.

I completely agree with this guy about the diversity. I moved in January of 08 and moved away because every other person I saw was from a country where they speak a language that I don't understand. I have no problem with that, but it is the main reason I moved...I wanted to be around a younger, more American crowd. Hopefully that doesn't make me a racist...I just like to understand the people I live around.
