It's good to be gone

Just based on my own experience with groudskeepers and rude front office people, I would never rent here again or recommend to anyone else. Two positives: Michael in the leasing office (Super nice and friendly - ever helpful) and Rusty, the maintenance supervisor. One huge negative: the austalian woman in the leasing office. Perhaps it's just cultural differences, but I have rarely encountered anyone so rude, blatantly rude. The leasing office is slow to respond to complaints and the front gates are frequently left open, defeating the purpose of living in a gated community. I wouldn't consider it a luxury apartment since my cabinet doors are different shades of white/ecru and the fronts are peeling off. The doors were poorly installed and were not level. The counter tops were damaged when I moved in. The apartments need to be better maintained and repaird before allowing new move ins. I'm relieved to be gone.
