We have lived in this complex for a year and 7 months our only complaints is the neighbors dog that barks for hours when she is not home, although the dog has stopped this recently. We were in the complex when the murder occured wich was found out to be a friend of the murder victim which no one can control. Also the only thing i have an issue with is the parking if you come home late like 1130 and on at night the parking is very limited or non at all, but the complex has stated that we can rent a garage and then to tell people to have thier guest park away from the apartment. Also we never have waited more than a day for any service work to be done to the apartment and they always change the air filter no matter if they came last month to the complex. THE PEOPLE WITH THE DOGS THAT LEAVE THE POOP OUT is our other issue, last year they gave our rewards or incentives to NARC on the dog owner that dont pick up the poop, that was cool. I know a few of my nieghbors i recognize them by face so i sure due keep and eye out when i dont see their cars just in case. Becuase just becuase its a gated commuity doesnt mean you should LET YOUR guard down.
