I agree with the others that the management has gone way down hill in the past several years. We seem to have a new managers name on the monthly news letter every time I think to check it. He/She should really make it a point to introduce himself/herself around the community. I could be passing him/her all the time and never know it. The grounds are kept up well. Richard and his crew do a great job on maintaining the property...that is when one can get through to the office to actually set up a work order ! I have had my bi fold doors down for, oh, a year now waiting for someone to come fix them. I gave up requesting this about two managers ago. The apartment it's self I love. My building is quiet as are the buildings directly around me. When vacancy is peak, parking is a nightmare when there are two vehicle families. Lighting could be MUCH better and should be a priority for safety of the community. I would recommend this community to anyone if I could tell them on that day that I knew the name and face of the manager in charge.
