I moved into Webb Bridge in the summer of 2005. I've seen 5 managers since I applied for this apartment as well as two of our maintenance staff are gone. Long story short my son was injured at the pool about a month after we moved in... some unsuppervised children shoved him in and he hit his head on the concrete and split it open... The policy was that all children under age 18 should be supervised by parent or guardian, but no one enforces the policies. The manager of the time promised the company would pay for my medical bills and 1 week later he was fired and coincidentally the accident report he wrote disapeered. I tried on numerous occasions to contact the corporate office. I left voicemail upon voicemail with no phone call back. It has been months now and I still never even got as much an apology. Now I received a letter that they are going to remodel and we have to leave the premises or switch apartments if we'd like to renew our lease... and mind you they are going to increase the rent by $400.00. So needless to say we are not renewing, but I would warn anyone not to deal with a company that would ignore your phone calls, chase away residents who have been there for years by an insane increase in rent and ignore maintenace to their buildings.

Please look somewhere else!

I agree 1,000% and then some. I moved here hoping to stay indefinitely because of the location and good rent rate at the time. Have had many unresolved maintenance issues, including the stove needing constant parts replaced and at one time resulting in a fire in the stove. Carpet was bad when I moved in, maintenance will not admit that it needed replacing. Wall paper in bathroom is constantly coming unglued. I just fix it myself with a glue stick - simpler that way and no hassle with non-maintenance. Creek is a misquito-invested swamp that floods everytime it rains.
