My wife, son and I lived at Webb Bridge for 3 years. It's a dump! You can plant flowers, paint, build tiny garages, and redo the club house but the residents they allow to move in shows how desparate they have been. That big gate out front can't protect you from the people that actually live there! I know it sounds terrible but in the center of Alpharetta we have a beautiful property thats been turned over to poor and lower class people... mostly black and --------. Now that the police are there all the time and they have vadalism issues they want a more upscale class of renter so they use the fact that they fixed the place up to raise the rents by hundreds of dollars and kick these same people out. Things don't change when you constanly fire management and staff. A bum is still a bum even when he's had a bath and you can dress up a pig but in the end it's still a pig!

This is very true!! I have never personally seen any crime being committed but the parking is horrible. My car has a huge dent in it because I had to park on the curb one night because they used half of the parking places to put up garages that 2 people use!!! Also, the residents were never asked what WE thought about taking away parking for garages and putting up a, pain-in-the you know what, gate that doesn't keep anyone out.
