I am a current tenant and have lived here over a year and a half. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up later this year. There is a horrible problem with bugs. Everything from spiders to ants to roaches, among other things. When I moved here, there was ample parking, but since they built the garages, there are hardly any spaces available that aren't 2 or 3 buildings down. The noise is almost unbearable. From my bathroom, I can hear word for word what the upstairs neighbor is saying. The property office personnel are a pain to deal with. Taylor especially. She is an airhead. I went down to the office almost a year ago to have my boyfriend added to the lease and paid the money for the application fee, which is fine, but NOTHING ever came of it. The money was not drafted from my account, nor is he on the lease. If you go to the office with a noise complaint, it somehow gets turned into a racial issue. The gate rarely works and when it does, there's such a long delay on it that 4 cars can go through on one key scan. Kids play in the parking lot unattended and I've seen where they've hit my car and others with balls that they kick around. I would not recommend this to anyone. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
