I moved in at the end of summer and love it. I love opening my blinds to see all the trees. My view is gorgeous! I have an upgraded unit which is very cute. I haven't meet my neighbors yet but I haven't heard them either. I've had some maintence issues and they are nice when they come & fix it & leave. Just how I like it.

Some people complain about the garages & parking spaces but, everybody know that if you work late, chances are that all the good spots will be taken by the regular people who work 8-5. And this happens everywhere at all apartments. So, stop complaining people!

You can't beat the location-access to everything! The mall, super walmart & publix is all I need. Oh and the library too.

The best thing for me is that you get still get a reasonable price for the space and location. Come on, everyone knows that living in Alpharetta comes with high prices but this place is affordable and a rare breed.

If you are a hard working-decent person(such as myself) who likes nice things without the high price tag....well this is a great place.
