My boyfriend and I have lived here for a little over two years. We originally moved in because it was affordable and close to work. After one year our rent increased about $110 dollars. What''' They claimed this was for the remodeling..however, no remodeling was done in our apartment. They put up a "security" gate, but there is no perimeter fence...any yahoo on foot can just walk right in...not to mention that when one person stops to swipe their card about 4-5 cars can cruise through. Sometimes there are even people just waiting by the gate for someone to pull up with a card so they can get in!
Not to mention that since this gate went up, it is a pain in the ass to get your mail.
Then, once you get through, time to find a parking space. They built all these garages during the "remodel" and nobody uses them, they take up tons of spaces and it is extremely hard to find a spot even close to your own apartment.
We have had problems with ants...armies. The water has so much copper in it turns the tiles, tub, and sink orange. The maintence crew, one dude, is always walking around picking up trash with those tong thingies...never doing any repairs for anybody.
All in all, I would not recommend Webb Bridge Crossing to anyone unless it is between this and a box. I can't wait until our lease is up in a few months. A-di-os.
