Problems leaving

When it came time to renew my lease with Webb Bridge Crossing I eventually decided that I didn't want to live there any more. There were several main contributing factors.
Things such as the dumpster is way at the front of the complex down a huge hill so if you want to take your trash out you need to drive to the dumpster. The fact that they don't actually have enough parking spaces if all their residents own a car. Or the occasion where all the food in my refrigerator spoiled because they did not fix it the day I told them it had broken.
The primary reason was that every time I went into the office to talk about renewing I was met with a different person and a different rate. I went into the office about 40 days before my lease was set to end and mentioned I was considering moving out. Of course they said they were sad to see me go and looked at the renewal letter I had gotten and knocked $30 off of it.
Over the next month I decided that I didn't want to renew my lease so I went into the office today to tell them that I was not going to renew and they told me that I had to give 60 days written notice and that I am responsible for August and (most of)September. Apparently if you live at Webb Bridge Crossing you need to memorize your lease cause they won't warning you about such things when you come in more than a month before your lease ends to talk with them about renewal.
