I lived in Woodbridge for just about two years and would not recommend anyone moving there.

To start with the apartment was a mess when we moved in with carpet dirty, walls unpainted, and bathrooms with mildew.

If only these were the only problems that will confront if you move to Woodbridge. From day one it was the loudest apartment I have ever lived and that includes apartments from my college days. I called the police on my neighbors at least 20 times(for loud bass music) as the staff does not deal with these issues.

The complex is also overrun with punk kids who congregate in the driveways after school and impede cars from coming and going. They are very loud and you can hear them until their parents finally drag them inside at about 10 PM. There were multiple notices sent out regarding this issue but it never improved.

Don't even try going to the pool as it will also be overrun with loud obnoxious children with no parents in sight. Very frustrating.

This is one of the lower priced complex's in the area and there are truly some undesirable people that hang out in the there. It's a shame that the staff does not care about it's good tenants enough to deal with the undesirable one's.

There were multiple break-ins during my stay and letters were sent notifying tenants on how to better secure your property and how to generally be safe.

I did have several nice neighbors and the maintenence staff was nice and helpful. However, I would strongly recommend that you avoid this complex. It would be worth a few extra dollars not to have to live with the noise and the punky kids.
