Renter beware of WoodBridge!!

I am currently living at Woodbridge Apartments and over the last year the quality of life and the quality of management have severely diminished.
Leasing Management allows undesirables to move in because they don't conduct criminal or legal immigration background checks. I have noticed that too many potentially illegal residents are over exceeding the number of occupants in a single unit allowable by law.
The management does not address resident concerns regarding unruly children. I have made numerous complaints about punk children taking over. The unsupervised children are playing in the breezeways: hitting rocks in the parking lot with a baseball bat, climbing on parked cars and taunting residents as they try to peacefully walk each night.
There are problems with pet owners. Pet owners will not pick-up after their dog.
Too many times, rude and inconsiderate pet owners will walk their pet and let them defecate on or near other resident's breezeway entrances. The management continues to turn a blind eye and a deaf ear.
For the last 6-9 months, I have continually complained that there are too many junk/abandon cars parked in front of the buildings unitizing much needed parking spaces. Parking has become a premium and they will not tow the vehicles. The sight of these dilapidated cars has become a real eye sore to the community.
In Summary, there is a level of performance that the property management is not fulfilling to the residents. Most of the time, they prefer to ignore, placate and deceive the residents on their issues. They have repeatedly demonstrated that they are
Hands-Off.
