I lived in this apartment for 6 months. it is a nightmare to live in this complex.

1. On the second day of my move-in, I got a notice from the apartment office saying that there was too much noise in the apt. They don't even recognize that one cannot move-in without making noise.

2. On third day we had a notice saying that one of our neighbor complaining about heavy stamping, noise etc.. That day, I went to the office to talk about the noise. Office people were rude and don't even listen to what we say.
They don't even think why they are writing the notices. That day (third) onwards, we started waiting for my lease term to be over.

3.We had two notices about the noise level when we were on vacation. We were amused to see them(we were even not in the home). It is basically the building problem. We too had noise-problems from the top floor and complaint-problems from the bottom floor.

Then I went to the office and objected seriously about the notices. From then, I did not recieve daily silly notices.

4. Bug Bugs Bugs. For the first few weeks, the life was ok. After that we were living in the world of bugs. We could catch almost 5 to 10 bugs everyday. We complained and the office folks could not help

5. People (mostly teanage kids) used to stay(and dance) on the roads. You have to drive your car at their mercy.

6. Vandalism on cars happened multiple times in the complex. One of my neighbor's car was seriously damaged. We never felt safe in this complex.

7. The GYM opens from 10AM to 10PM. I could not access GYM even on a single working day. When asked, they mentioned one of the previous vandalism is the reason for their timings. On most of the sundays they open GYM at 1:00PM

8.Last but not least: I vacated the home few months back and while coming out I gave my new address in writing to them. I was expecting an invoice (either refund or cleaning charge) from them. But, today, I got a call from collections saying that I owe them the cleaning charges (I paid them on the phone itself).

They don't even have the courtesy to send an invoice before sending to the collections.

9: Conclusion: At the entrance, you can see the sign board saying "We love our Tenants".
But in reality they don't.
