This is an attractive property and the rates are reasonable. My apartment had a huge window in the living area overlooking a wooded area. My neighbors were nice. We had kids that played in the breezeway but when I asked them nicely if they could tone it down, they did. I frequently used the gym and tanning bed with no problems.
I have witnessed management questioning and sending home unsupervised kids at the pool many times so I am not sure why that would be a complaint.
Parking is not a "problem" but you may not get to park directly in front of your apartment.
I am dismayed by the complaints regarding management as I have found the manager to be extremely helpful and friendly.
