Not a great place to live

When we first moved into our apartment in the middle of June we found out our air conditioner did not work properly. Someone came out to fix it the next day and it worked fine, until the next day when it flooded the hallway. The staff came out to fix it and all was well, until a couple of days later when it flooded again. The perplexed staff tried to fix it but during this time we were without air. (mayber seven to ten days) Almost a month after the first problem the staff fixed the air conditioner and even tried to fix the carpet that was water damaged by the flooding. Everything is great now. Well.... Now my wife catches a cold or flu but it lasts for several weeks. The doctors can't quite figure out what it is as no drug seems to help. One friend told us to have the air conditioner ducs cleaned. So management sent a team out to clean them. The team refused to clean them because they were completely covered with mold. Now a special team that knows how to work with mold is sent out in a few days. Management refuses to help us with the hotel bill saying it's nothing to worry about. My wife is sick for six weeks is nothing to worry about right. Oh sorry, we were allowed to take $50 dollars off our rent for that month. So now everything is great. Except for the fact that the air conditioner is not strong enough to blow air into the master bedroom. Try turning the air off in your room at night and see how uncomfortable it gets. Management says thats just the way it is. As far as the packs of wild kids running loose I will say it has gotten better. It wasn't anything management did, their families just left when the lease was up.
