I have been here for alomost a year now. At first glimpse the place looks great but do not be fooled. There were no individual major problems, just a bunch of small ones that built up. The grounds lok great butthe units are poorly maintained. From the cabinet door hinges that have been broken severl times to the heater breaking down and hot water is always an issue. The windows are nice in big , but are of poor quality and let in plenty of cold air. The power bill is higher here thatn for any apartment I have everlived in or can remember. I have called and left messages for assitance with noisy neighbors , but never get a call back. Then when I stop to drop a check in the slot at the office get a member of management runnign out to ask if I got a call back and that someone would - they tried to apologize but no one ever followed up. I will never consider living here again and am moving out when my lease is up. I have considered moving out before and paying the penalties just to be free from this awful apartment.
