My advice would be to steer clear of this mismanaged property.

My wife and I vacated the home few months back and, while moving out, gave my new address as well as cell phone number in writing to the property manager. This week, I got a letter from collections saying that I owe them for cleaning the carpet (note: when we moved in, we were told that the carpet was not new, had just been cleaned, and would be cleaned again before our move-in date due to traffic of showing of the apartment). Not only do I find it insane to charge $60.00 to clean a 3 year old carpet, they don't even have the courtesy to send a letter/invoice/bill??..ANYTHING before sending to the collections.
