Renter's Beware.
The slogan for moving into Woodbridge is "fine apartment living"....this is funny.
My cabinet in my master bathroom came off the hindges. I called the office to have it repaired. I was told by Susan that it would be fixed immediately.....It wasn't. I called a second time, a couple of days later,and spoke with Alex who didn't sound to fond of Susan and could not believe that he could not even find a work order for me. Alex said that he would look into it. He was very nice and followed up like he said.
So, some one called themselves fixing the cabinet and I wish that I could post a picture of the sloppy work that they did on the bathroom cabinet. They apparently could not tell the difference of levering the cabinet like the adjacent cabinet...It's funny to look at.

I called again and spoke with Susan and mentioned to her that I did not feel that the job was completed properly. She sounded amazed/amused and still absolutely lied and said that some one would be out to fix the cabinet correctly. I have yet to see this happen and it has been well over a week. Then, I called again, and spoke with Danielle who said that she would look into it and asked for a callback number from me. I have yet to hear from her and it has been another couple of days.

I have been a renter here since January 2006. I just received a copy of my lease in the month of May 2006. I practically had to beg for it and of course it is about 50 pages or more. It clearly states that they want there funds on time and that they are responsible for maintanence repairs.

Woodbridge does not honor their lease agreement and they absolutely refuse to honor committments.
I also submitted a move in form when I moved in....None of the things that I listed have been addressed. It's quite discouraging that these people are as careless as they are. I can't wait until my lease is up to give the 60 day notice to move out of this uncaring, neglecting community.

I really thought that I had a great apartment only to find out that these people have yet to learn decent people skills. They seem as though they are from the hills and have no idea about customer satisfaction. Also, After reading a couple of the other reviews of this complex...I can see why management has changed several times within six months. My opinion is they have no apparent training or management skills. I'm giong to keep them in my thoughts as a funny experience and I can't wait to see how they are going to act when I decide to move.

Further, I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
