I came to this complex on March '06, since its literally across the street from my parents home & only 1 mile from my job

I can agree with past management problems, but since Oct when we had some problems, they really suprised me

We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom/laundryroom at 3:30am on a sunday.. they we're proptly at my door within 15mins. If that doesnt suprise you, our oven broke somehow on Thanksgiving at 5pm (after cooking 3 pies), so we couldnt cook the Turkey. Me & the roommates called the front office & left a message (it not being an emergency) but to our suprise, they returned our call & fixed the stove for us to finishing cooking the turkey & ham!!

They paved the parking lots & towed many vehicles that we're broken down (thank god!), and the CURRENT staff is very friendly. Landscaping/trash is maintained daily & always nice to see that they care for their appearance

No apartment complex is perfect, but as long as the rent doesnt jump too high (its slightly under $1100 3BD/2BTH) since we're still within our 1st year here, we'll be staying here for years to come
