The management are rednecks on ego trips.

There is a serious bug issue and they even come up in the drains during the winter. THAT is serious but in summer they come in every where no matter how many times they have sprayed inside and out.

Had some great neighbors except one drunk that was messing around with the maintenance man so she never had any problems exvcept for getting into arguments in the parking lot with whatever guy happened to be coming over that night and throwing things.

One guy got into a gun fight in the parking lot and we had to get a petition to have him and his three pit bulls evicted. Management declined to do so on their own after the gun fight.

This place is crazy and if you value your life and that of your children do NOT move here. Managements children egg the apartments and are the worst kids on the whole property.

Maintenance is not trained at all. They constantly have to come back over and over.

One neighbor couldn't move in for a week because I promise you her apartment was infested with bugs. These apartments are built on some serious ant hills. DOG POOP EVERY WHERE

Lincoln in Texas DOES NOT CARE, WILL NOT RETURN CALLS, AND LEAVE IT UP TO THE inbred office staff.

DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
