Horrible Management - Unsafe Area - Drug Use and Burglary in broad daylight!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
Where should I start. Management waited until four cars were broken into before they put out a lame letter to residents on the matter. My Apartment was Broken into in BROAD DAYLIGHT! No one saw anything... Management will not alert the other residents unless two other apartments are robbed. Teenagers smoke weed in at the playground, again in broad daylight. This place has gone down the toilet.
