Do not get me started on this apartment. This apartment have some serious problems to start with the management is non responsive. If you want to live here be prepared to spend a lot of time talking to management to get any repair done. It took them over a year to get a leaking bathroom fixed. The buildings are not that old and have serious bug problems. In winter be prepared to spend a lot on heating as the insulation is very bad. The walls are so thin you can here the neighbors talking. Common areas are very dangerous and filthy, you will find pets discharge, broken glasses, needles and thrash on the road/parking area. Lack of clean playable area for kids makes them to play in the parking areas and roads so be watchful while driving. There were some breakins also in the parking lots. The pool is surrounded by trees and is always filled with tree leaves and dead bugs. So called gym is very small and do not have proper air circulation so it stinks if more than two persons workout. The lighted tennis courts have only couple of the lights working in nights, nets are old and torn out, the courts are filled with tree leaves and hazardous to play on. I will not recommend any one to live in this apartment.
