My husband and I have lived here for three years and latetly the management has become highly unresponsive. We have been asking to get by window fixed and 7 months later we are still waiting. There are also scorpions everywhere. We have had 5 so far and the management has not responded. The lease price keeps going up and is nothing close to what we started off paying. Our lease is ending soon and we cannot wait to run out of here. Terrible!

I agree. The management at this property is sub-par and at times, very unresponsive. I find them to be incompetent, unattentive, and lacking in the accumen necessary to manage the affairs of the property or the needs of its residents. There are insects everywhere; due in large part to the use of pine straw on the property- which does attract bugs. Be mindful to NEVER live on the bottom floor or beneath anyone on this property for that matter. Neighbors can tend to be very noisy and management, as well as the courtesy officer on site, won't intervene to resolve the problem. Hands down, this property is not worth its weight in costs!

If your so unahppy move! I have lived here many years and have never had a problem with the courtesy officer or the office staff.. It does cost money to live in a nice apartment! Sorry "Anonymous" that your mad at the office! dont give the rest of us residents a bad image! I love my apartment and neigbors

I live in the complex. There are continual breakins on the lower level apartments. The management is continually sending out flyers about the guarding your belongings. In the last two weeks there have been three incidents where large groups of police have been on the premises. One incident was where it sounded like someone was getting beat up outside my door at 3AM. The other incident was fights between a bunch of guys in different apartments. I don't know what the other was. I will say I have made some friends here; but I do not think the management is effective in screening who lives here and does not get rid of the ones that cause problems. My rent went up continually and I was going to move out; but alot of people were moving out so they started dropping the rent; so I stayed. But even with a lower rent; I do not want to live here with so much crime and my neighbors get drunk stay up all night partying during a work day; but hey, they are friends of the management company; so they should be exempt.

I have lived at this community for about a year now and I can say that I would NOT recommend it to anyone. First and foremost the walls seem to be paper thin. You can hear just about every footstep if you have someone above you (which at times sounds like someone is going to come crashing down into your living room!) and music vibrating through the walls at all different hours of the evening and middle of the night. It is very aggrivating to call the curtesy officer and get no answer or response. Secondly, the bugs are a serious issue! I have had everything from huge black ants, SCORPIONS, an array of spiders, roaches, and beetles. I bug spray thoughout the apartment once a month, which doesnt seem to do very much. Also since living here less than a year there has been 3 known break-ins. Which needless to say does not make one feel very safe at all! All in all im am NOT happy with my decision to move here and will definently be out when my lease is up!!!
