Going Down - When I moved here, It was great. Everything I wanted. The gates were removed and we had god only knows who was coming in an out of here. Good so far. I moved in a 1-bedroom apartment early August. It is the smallest apartment they have and I like it very much. I am on the 3rd floor and noise is not a problem at all. No maintenance issues yet. Charges for valet trash ($15 p/m) and water (flat rate $30 p/m) are reasonable. Payed
