I lived at Abbey West for 7 months before moving out because of complications with roommates. The biggest thing is the staff, they'll charge you for any little thing. You get one warning then they'll give you never-ending fines. When renewal season comes about, they'll call you NONSTOP, it's very annoying. It's filled with loud idiots who like to ride through the parking lot flying over the speed bumps and turning the bass up as loud as it'll go. Its a decent place to live, but for the money, you can find better on the East side.

If money doesn't matter... The vaulted ceilings are a plus, it makes it more spacious, but everything feels so close together, there's no seperation, it's like one big room w/bedrooms branching off... I didn't like that, personally. The Bedrooms are small and the closet doors always fall off track. The bathtubs get clogged so easily and my washer and drying didn't work on several occasions.

The balconys are small... it's not a real party place. The courtyards nice and the pool, but it's way overcrowded. The amenities sound good, but you'll never use half of them. Parkings a hassle, especially the later at night it gets. All the spaces are too small, so you park too close to each other.

It's right there on 316 where the split to ATL Hwy. is so you'll hear cars screeching their tires coming around that curve all the time.. and the ambulances are always so loud, especially at night.

Trash is a huge hassle, especially if you dont have a truck..

I wouldn't reccommend it!
