A lease to this rental group means nothing. Apparently they can enter whenever they please. When the lease says til July 31, I would expect to maintain control of my apartment until then. A month ahead of time, they enter my apartment without permission, remove everything from the walls and repaint because I did not renew my lease. My next check will be to see if it is even legal. Staff here is not helpful, and that is an understatement!
